Totality Platform Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Totality Platform (the “App”), a healthcare application offered by Totality Platform Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and all incorporated policies and notices. Acceptance: By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of the App does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Totality Platform or any affiliated healthcare providers.
Limitations of Information:We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the App. All content is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Subscription, Payment, and In-App Purchases

Free and Paid Services: Certain features of the App may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment or subscription.
Payment Terms: If you opt for a paid subscription or in-app purchase, you agree to pay all fees associated with such services as described on the App or in the App Store. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Automatic Renewal: Subscription services may automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings through the App Store or our billing portal.
Billing Disputes: Any billing errors or disputes must be reported to us within 30 days of the charge. We reserve the right to adjust any fees at our discretion.
